The most common way for a coach to begin working with an agent is to ask them how much money they want to make. This is because it's what they've been trained to ask, rather than knowing that agents are rarely money motivated. Most of us in real estate are purpose driven. We want to stand up and serve others and will do so no matter how tired, overwhelmed or stressed out we are. Ask us to stand up for ourselves though... you'll get a very different outcome.

I've been coaching real estate agents for over 20 years and I know the connection between our ability to take action and our emotional state.
